Charleston Haunts: 3 blocks down Meeting Street
People say Charleston is one of the most haunted cities in the US. We will let you decide. Here is a 3 block walk down Meeting Street in Charleston, starting at the Circular Church and ending with a poem from Edgar Allan Poe as he walked down Meeting Street, looking for his Annabelle Leigh.
Not mentioned in the video is the ghost of the first female serial killer in the States. Lavina Fisher is a very evil woman in life and in death. But that story will have to wait. I don’t have a picture of her ghost. But she can be found at night walking around Washington Park, the site where she and her husband were hung.
